• Analyze and understand business, product, infrastructure, and technical requirements to ensure comprehensive test coverage. • Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to clarify requirements, identify risks, and ensure acceptance criteria are testable and automatable. • Define testing strategies and approaches that align with DevOps and CI/CD practices. • Identify testing scope, objectives, resources, timelines, and deliverables for automated and manual testing efforts. • Design, develop, and maintain well-structured, reusable, and maintainable automated test cases and frameworks. • Create and manage automated test scripts and test suites within Azure DevOps (ADO) or similar platforms. • Execute and maintain automated and manual tests, including functional, regression, performance, usability, and security testing. • Initiate and monitor automated test runs, analyze results, and validate test coverage for assigned scrum teams. • Identify, document, prioritize, and track defects and inconsistencies, partnering closely with developers to troubleshoot issues and validate fixes. • Develop a strong understanding of user story sizing, test planning, and test coverage within Agile and Scrum workflows. • Maintain clear and detailed documentation of test plans, test cases, automation frameworks, and regression testing results. • Prepare and communicate test results, regression reports, and quality metrics to technical and non-technical stakeholders. • Actively contribute to the automation roadmap by identifying opportunities to increase automation coverage and improve testing efficiency. • Recommend and implement process, tooling, and framework improvements to enhance the effectiveness, scalability, and reliability of the QA practice. • Stay current with industry trends, tools, and best practices in test automation, quality engineering, and secure software development.

• Execute manual and automated test cases; document results with accuracy and traceability. • Identify, document, and track defects in Jira throughout the bug lifecycle. • Design, optimize, and expand test plans and test cases for new and existing features, leveraging AI-assisted tools where applicable. • Contribute to test planning and review sessions, including sprint and release planning. • Collaborate with developers to reproduce, investigate, and resolve reported issues. • Support shift-left practices by engaging early in requirements review and feature design. • Build and maintain test environments to support reliable and repeatable testing. • Work within an Agile/Scrum workflow, participating in daily standups and sprint ceremonies. • Continuously grow QA skills, with emphasis on automation, tooling, and AI-assisted testing techniques.

• Assist QA Leadership with development and execution of planned QA audit schedules supporting GMP activities • Partner with Technical Operations with selection and ultimate oversight of drug substance / drug product contract development manufacturing organizations (CDMOs) in support of Phase 3 and process performance qualification (PPQ) activities • Independently performs assigned GMP audits • Partner effectively with Technical Operations and provide quality guidance in GMP data and documentation generated • Verify manufacturing and testing activities adhere to GMP regulations and guidelines and ensure a culture of continuous improvement • Timely management of batch record review and release to ensure continuous supply for clinical trials, and to guarantee the consistent production of high-quality products • Ensure manufacturing processes, facilities, and systems adhere to current GMP regulations, guidelines, and industry standards • Provide QA support of device development activities (pre-filled syringes, autoinjectors, etc.) • Maintain robust GMP quality systems, including documentation, change control, deviations, CAPA, and quality events • Maintain knowledge of current regulatory changes and industry trends and translate new requirements back to the company’s policies and procedures • Implement risk-based approaches to quality management, identifying and mitigating quality risks across the organization • Assist in establishing and reporting key quality metrics to monitor performance and drive improvements in GMP compliance and product quality • Drive a culture of continuous improvement, identifying areas for enhancement in quality systems and processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness • Ensure employees are adequately trained in GMP requirements and quality procedures • Maintain comprehensive and accurate records and reports related to quality assurance activities • Foster a culture of quality within the organization, emphasizing the importance of compliance, data integrity, and patient safety • Assist in GMP inspection readiness activities to support regulatory authority inspections
