Role Description We are hiring a highly capable Shopify specialist to lead the end-to-end build of a scalable Shopify store framework for a growing promotional products business. This role will focus on creating a master store template and enabling rapid rollout of multiple client-specific storefronts using a standardized structure. This is a build-first role with long-term potential for ongoing optimization and maintenance. Key Responsibilities - Shopify Store Build (Primary Focus) - Build a Shopify store from scratch with a strong, scalable foundation - Develop a master template that can be duplicated efficiently across multiple client storefronts - Ensure the structure supports quick rollout of collections with similar product catalogs - Theme & Front-End Customization - Customize Shopify themes based on business needs - Optimize layout, navigation, and user experience - Implement clean, conversion-friendly UI/UX - Product & Collection Management - Upload and organize products into structured collections - Maintain consistency across multiple storefronts - Optimize product listings for usability and performance - App Integrations & Functionality - Identify and integrate relevant Shopify apps - Set up workflows to streamline operations and scalability - Ensure smooth functionality across all storefronts - Scalability & Duplication Systems - Build systems and processes to quickly replicate stores - Standardize backend setup for efficiency - Enable rapid deployment of new client-specific collections - Ongoing Support (Secondary Phase) - Provide maintenance, updates, and bug fixes post-launch - Support ad hoc improvements and enhancements Qualifications - Proven hands-on experience building Shopify stores from scratch - Strong understanding of Shopify themes, customization, and store architecture - Experience creating scalable templates or multi-store frameworks - Familiarity with product catalog management and bulk uploads - Experience with Shopify apps and integrations - Ability to work independently and solve problems without constant direction Nice to Have - UI/UX design capability (banners, layouts, basic creatives) - Experience working with promotional products, eCommerce, or multi-client storefronts - Basic knowledge of conversion rate optimization
