• Work on deployment projects: analyze clients' needs (accounting, finance, HR), configure the N2F solution, train users, and support the rollout until adoption. • Provide functional expertise in support: handle complex requests, diagnose functional issues, and document and consolidate cases encountered. • Contribute to the continuous improvement of the product: feedback customer needs and pain points, and participate in the solution’s evolution together with the product teams.

Job Requirements

  • Initial experience in a software/SaaS environment (consulting, application support, etc.)
  • Comfortable with tools related to accounting, finance or HR (Sage, Cegid, SAP…)
  • Ability to quickly understand business needs and translate them into configuration
