• The Manager, Solutions Architecture, is responsible with managing and growing a high-performing team of AI software engineers on the NA AI Services Delivery team. • This team will include a blend of AI Engineers, Software Developers, and ML/LLM specialists. • You will own and drive the successful delivery of AI software engineering initiatives within defined scope, timeline, and budget. • This role has you leading and guiding employees, customers and partners to design, build and implement innovative Conversational AI solutions. • The Manager will oversee and coordinate all aspects of AI software engineering management responsibilities internally and externally with client teams. • You will be accountable for ensuring that AI software solutions are delivered on time, within budget, and in accordance with defined scope and quality standards. • The primary objective of the Manager is to successfully execute with team members on all assigned AI delivery projects, achieving goals against the Statement of Work (SOW) and meeting the expectations of stakeholders by delivering through Agile/Waterfall project methodology in partnership with the PMO team.

Essential Requirements - Master's or Bachelor's degree in computer science, computer engineering, or a related field of study. - 15 or more years of combined experience in at least three disciplines: business, information, solution or technical architecture, application development, middleware, business analysis, database management, strategic and operational planning in a multitier environment. - 5+ years of experience in architecting and building integration solutions with Boomi - Experience in building AI automation solutions using LLMs, RAG and AI Agents - Proven ability to design and optimize application and data integration processes across disparate systems. - Experience with enterprise integration tools, middleware technologies, and application and data integration patterns including ESB, MOM, JMS, SOAP/REST web services, databases, ETL. - Practical experience implementing services-oriented architecture design and enabling technologies including messaging, XML, JSON, web services, and HTTP. - Demonstratable experience and/or certification in one or more of AWS, Azure and GCP. - Demonstratable experience and/or certification in one or more of TOGAF, ArchiMate, SAFe, COBIT, Zachman and Design Thinking. - General knowledge of common CRM/SFA/ERP business systems (such as SAP, NetSuite, Workday, ServiceNow, AD, etc.) and processes (such as lead to cash, requisitions, order management, etc.) - General knowledge of key application infrastructure components such as VMware, storage (NAS, SAN, SMB), Java JVM, networking (firewall, load balancing, proxies). - Knowledge of security aspects considered at the architecture level and its application to all layers of the technology stack (such as payload encryption, protocol encryption, access controls, authentication/authorisation, data classification and network/infrastructure security).
