Role Description We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Program Manager to join our Parry Labs team. The successful candidate will be responsible for cost, schedule, and performance of direct B2B subcontracts for DOD prime contractors. - Use core Program Management skills to manage the cost, schedule, and performance of multiple programs. - Proactively communicate with internal and external stakeholders throughout the lifecycle of the program. - Serve as the primary interface with external customer and ensure customer satisfaction. - Ensure that all materials and deliverables are completed on time. - Identify and mitigate risks associated with program execution. - Identify program opportunities including internal efficiencies to be gained. - Work in a collaborative team environment on complex tasks. - Drive technical excellence by setting program standards and enabling execution. - Provide overall leadership and direction to an integrated product team. - Forecast financial performance. - Assist in negotiating contracts, pricing, and terms and conditions. - Identify opportunities for increased scope, follow on work, and new programs within business to business. - Work with Business Development and Customer Liaisons on growth activities such as proposal development, quoting activities, and visiting customers.
