Role Description As a Global Partner, Strategic Initiatives reporting to the Global Director of Strategic Initiatives in our Customer Growth team, your purpose will be to play a key role in the planning and execution of some of the most important initiatives across the organization. - Support data-driven decision-making by understanding performance drivers, performing scenario analyses, projecting the impact of strategic initiatives, and building business cases. - Establish and manage consistent reporting cadences, producing executive-ready updates that track progress against milestones, highlight key variances, and provide early-warning visibility into initiative health. - Ensure data integrity and hygiene across all project models and tracking tools, serving as the “single source of truth” for initiative performance data. - Translate high-level strategies into detailed workplans, managing the day-to-day execution of phases, milestones, and project “rituals” (e.g., stand-ups, progress reports). - Manage critical workstreams within larger initiatives, ensuring technical execution (like dashboard builds or process mapping) aligns with the overall strategic vision. - Facilitate the seamless transition of completed projects to functional teams, including the creation of documentation and training materials to ensure long-term sustainability. - Prepare high-impact briefing materials, memos, and presentations to help the Director secure buy-in from senior leadership and cross-functional partners. - Serve as a central point of contact for cross-functional stakeholders, ensuring clear communication of project requirements and expectations across different seniority levels. - Collaborate across the business to gather stakeholder requirements, ensuring that recommendations are grounded in the operational reality of functional teams. Qualifications - Advanced Excel proficiency. Highly comfortable navigating large, messy data sets. Able to build complex, auditable models from scratch (e.g., using advanced Excel formulas, Pivot Tables, and scenario modeling). - Moderate data visualization expertise. Skilled in “visual storytelling” – translating complex data and project updates into clean, executive-ready materials. - Moderate SQL skills. Capable of querying and pre-aggregating large data sets before analyzing them in Excel. - Effective Communication. Able to adapt communication style to various audiences and forums. Proficient at synthesizing complex analyses into actionable takeaways, and crafts narratives to achieve active alignment on recommendations. - Proficient level English language skills. Requirements - Analytical Rigor. Able to independently extract, clean, and validate complex data sets. Transforms raw data into structured, auditable models that cross-functional partners can easily follow and stress-test. Possesses strong technical troubleshooting instincts, proactively identifying and correcting data discrepancies before they reach leadership. - Structured Problem-Solving. Possesses a disciplined, logical approach to ambiguity. Demonstrates the capability to break broad, complex business challenges down into solvable component parts and designs structured frameworks (e.g., decision matrices, process flows) to resolve them. - Strategic Mindset. Able to effectively evaluate the true commercial impact and viability of recommendations based on both analytics and operational considerations. Instinctively prioritizes based on business impact. Benefits - We're proudly distributed across the globe, with each market being remote-first. - Depending on which market you're joining, you might have office access or be fully remote - either works. - Additional benefits that might differ depending on the location. You shall be provided with the benefits details during or after your first conversation with one of our TA Specialists. - Opportunity to develop in an international environment - we have teams in 6 countries.

Role Description We're looking for a consultant who moves seamlessly between the boardroom and the engineering team — and is credible in both worlds. We want someone who walks into an organization, diagnoses the problem, designs a solution, and takes ownership of it — from the first executive workshop to the moment the change actually works. This is a role for an operator with a strategic mindset. What you'll deliver: - IT operating model design — Not just for DevOps — for all of IT: relationships between Business, Product, Architecture, Delivery, and Operations. Team topologies, boundaries of responsibility, decision-making processes, and interfaces between functions. - Target Architecture Landscape (TAL) — Leading TAL initiatives end-to-end: capability mapping, application analysis using the Gartner TIME model, complexity reduction, modernization roadmaps, and TCO optimization of the application portfolio. - Practical AI advisory — Real decisions: where AI makes business sense, how to integrate it into existing architecture, how to prepare the organization and its data, and how to measure return. - IT investment ROI analysis and prioritization — Justifying decisions with numbers — modeling costs, outcomes, and risks of initiatives. - Engineering organization effectiveness reviews — Diagnosing why delivery is slower than it should be. Metrics, observation, conclusions, and a remediation plan. - Client decision support for modernization and transformation — Being a sparring partner for Engineering Management on decisions with real financial and organizational consequences. Qualifications - Has seen the software delivery process across different organizations, scales, and maturity levels. - Has written code commercially — enough to engage with architects and developers. - Thinks architecturally about all of IT — including systems, integrations, data, and scalability. - Understands that technology's real constraints lie in the organization and operating model. - Can communicate effectively with both a CTO and a senior developer. - Is interested in AI, automation, and new trends — with the ability to discern real value from hype. - Calculates ROI naturally — has an entrepreneurial mindset. - Takes ownership of outcomes — not just deliverables. - Is a Polish native speaker and knows English on a business-professional basis. Requirements - Big plus if you have failed as an architect or leader and learned from it. - Have conducted audits, assessments, or architecture reviews for external clients. - Have held a role responsible for P&L, IT budget, or initiative portfolio prioritization. - Know that PowerPoint rarely solves problems, but a well-written document often does. - Want to build influence at a strategic level while engaging with technical realities. Benefits - Work on real client problems — not theoretical frameworks. - A high degree of autonomy and real influence on project execution. - Growth in both business and technology — without having to choose one. - Direct exposure to clients' top management — CIOs, CTOs, and management boards. - An environment of people who enjoy thinking and learning fast. - No corporate theater — processes exist to help, not to fill time.
