Job Description

Senior Fullstack Engineer

Marketing.MBA: Digital Marketing Powerhouse

• Fullstack Development : Build and maintain features across the stack: React/Next.js frontend, Node.js/NestJS backend, PostgreSQL. • Develop clean, well-documented APIs with strong error handling. • Implement pixel-perfect, responsive UI when working on the frontend. • Contribute to architectural decisions — data modeling, service boundaries, performance. • Code Quality & Engineering : Refactor and improve existing code — better structure, clearer naming, stronger typing, fewer surprises. • Write and maintain tests. Increase coverage where it matters most. • Improve typing where it’s weak — meaningful types, not `any` everywhere. • Identify and reduce technical debt. Leave every file better than you found it. Review code with care. Catch the things others miss. • AI & Automation (Optional) : Work on AI-powered features: LLM integrations, agent workflows, prompt engineering. Contribute to our agents layer in Python if comfortable (LangChain). • Collaboration : Work with the engineering team daily. Communicate proactively about progress, blockers, and decisions. • Be self-directed. You’ll have high autonomy — use it well. Participate in planning and prioritization. Flag risks and blockers early.

Job Requirements

  • 5+ years of fullstack engineering experience.
  • Advanced TypeScript — you understand the type system, not just the syntax.
  • React and Node.js proficiency.
  • Strong attention to detail — you care about graceful error handling, edge cases, naming, and getting the small things right.
  • Ability to balance quality with speed — you know when to be thorough and when to ship.
  • Heavy AI tooling usage or eagerness to learn — you use AI to move fast, but you review what it produces and don’t ship slop.
  • Self-directed — you own problems end-to-end without hand-holding.
  • Nice-to-haves: Experience refactoring legacy codebases or migrating JS to TS. E2E testing experience. Startup experience. Python experience (for AI agent development). Familiarity with LangChain.

Benefits

  • Attractive Compensation : Benefit from competitive salary packages, bonuses, and additional perks that recognize and reward your performance.
  • Flexibility & work-life balance : Enjoy flexible working hours and a company culture that values balance and well-being.
  • Cutting-edge technologies : Use the latest tools and technologies to work efficiently and effectively.
  • Support for your growth : Receive strong support in your professional and personal development.
  • Diverse projects : Dive into a wide range of exciting projects that let you grow your skills across multiple areas of marketing.
  • Learn from the best : Collaborate closely with experienced marketing experts and benefit from high-quality training and development opportunities.
  • Innovative environment : Thrive in a creative workplace where new ideas and approaches are encouraged.
  • Shape the future of AI market leaders : Play an active role in helping businesses become and remain industry leaders.
