Morning Brew Inc. is looking for a contract Ad Operations Coordinator to provide maternity leave coverage on our Ad Ops team. This is a part-time engagement (~20 hrs/week) focused on ad trafficking support for our audio revenue channels. This is a hands-on trafficking role. You'll be joining a tight-knit team mid-flight, so the ability to ramp quickly and work independently is a must. WHAT YOU'LL DO - Traffic + Launch: Set up, QA, and launch campaigns across audio inventory, making sure everything goes out on time and to spec. - Monitor + Flag: Keep a close eye on campaign pacing and delivery. Surface issues early so the team can act fast. - Coordinate: Work with the ad ops lead and client activation team to confirm campaign details, creative specs, and go-live timelines. - Report: Pull and deliver accurate campaign reporting as needed. WHAT YOU'LL BRING - 1-3 years of experience in digital ad operations or a related trafficking role. - Audio advertising experience is a strong plus. - Experience with Megaphone or another audio trafficking platform and Google Ads is a bonus - Detail-oriented with solid communication skills. - Able to ramp quickly and work independently in a fast-moving environment.
