• Design, configure, and implement ServiceNow Integrated Risk Management (IRM / GRC) solutions for enterprise clients across Risk, Compliance, Audit, Vendor Risk, and Business Continuity domains. • Implement and configure ServiceNow IRM modules, including: Risk Management Policy & Compliance Audit Management Vendor / Third‑Party Risk Issues Management Business Continuity Management (BCM) • Configure: Risk statements, risk scoring & assessment models Controls, indicators, attestations Regulatory mappings (SOX, ISO, NIST, GDPR, PCI‑DSS) • Develop workflows, Business Rules, UI Policies, Client Scripts • Integrate ServiceNow IRM with: Archer, OneTrust, MetricStream ERP / Identity / Data platforms using REST APIs & MID Server • Support UAT, production rollout, and post‑go‑live enhancements • Work with Cyber, Internal Audit, Compliance and Advisory teams.

Role Description We are seeking an experienced Salesforce CPQ Developer to design, build, and support scalable CPQ (Configure, Price, Quote) solutions that enable our global sales organization. This role is hands-on and focuses on development, configuration, and optimization of Salesforce CPQ and Sales Cloud capabilities to improve quote accuracy, sales efficiency, and overall customer experience. The ideal candidate brings strong technical expertise in Salesforce CPQ, Apex, and Lightning development, as well as the ability to translate business requirements into effective system solutions. You should be comfortable working in a collaborative, fast-paced environment and passionate about solving complex pricing, product configuration, and quoting challenges.
