Role Description Gesucht wird eine Person, die gemeinsam mit dem CEO Projekte konsequent umsetzt – und gleichzeitig richtig gut darin ist, Marketing-Texte zu schreiben, die Nutzen vermitteln und überzeugen, ohne leere Werbesprache. - Du arbeitest nah am CEO, bekommst Verantwortung und sorgst dafür, dass aus Ideen messbare Ergebnisse werden. - Marketing ist der Schwerpunkt (zentraler Teil der Rolle). - Texte schreiben, die direkt funktionieren: - Produkttexte - Landingpage-Abschnitte - Ads-Assets - Newsletter-Teaser - Hooks - Headlines - Short-Form - Kundennutzen glasklar herausarbeiten: Warum kaufen Menschen das – und was ist der konkrete Vorteil? - Content-Unterstützung für YouTube & Social Media: - Themenplan - Skripte - Posting-Entwürfe - Struktur für Formate - Briefings - Bestehende Inhalte verbessern: kürzen, schärfen, verständlicher machen, überzeugender machen. - Projekte mit dem CEO strukturieren und vorantreiben: - Aufgaben, Owner, Deadlines, Status - Nachhalten von Zusagen und Terminen: freundlich, verbindlich, konsequent. - Kurze Abstimmungen organisieren (je nach Bedarf), Blocker einsammeln, Lösungen anstoßen. - Entscheidungsvorlagen erstellen: kompakt, klar, mit Empfehlung. - E-Mail-/Nachrichten-Management: vorsortieren, priorisieren, Entwürfe vorbereiten, Follow-ups nachhalten. - Recherchen, Analysen und Zahlen aufbereiten (Tabellen, kurze Reports). - Optional: Überweisungen im Bankprogramm vorbereiten/ausführen – immer mit klaren Regeln und Freigabe-Logik. Qualifications - Du schreibst sehr gute, klare Texte und triffst Tonalität und Nutzenargumentation. - Du bist strukturiert, zuverlässig und kriegst Dinge über die Ziellinie. - Du kannst mit Zahlen/Tabellen umgehen und sauber dokumentieren. - Du bist diskret und loyal – Du arbeitest nah am CEO. - Du hast einen positiven, offenen Charakter und kommunizierst klar. Requirements - Pluspunkte: - YouTube-/Social-Erfahrung (Skripte, Hook-Logik, Content-Planung). - E-Commerce-Verständnis (Shop, Produkte, Conversion-Logik). - Canva / einfache Content-Workflows.
