WHAT YOU’LL DO: - Discovery & Strategy: Lead deep-dive discovery sessions to uncover client pain points, workflows, and technical requirements - Solution Architecture: Design and document the "To-Be" state, determining the optimal configuration of Ripple Treasury’s suite to meet specific client goals - Trusted Advisory: Act as a subject matter expert, guiding clients through treasury best practices and helping them modernize legacy processes - Implementation & Configuration: Take a hands-on approach to configuring the platform, ensuring the technical setup aligns perfectly with the strategic vision - Enablement & Training: Facilitate high-impact training sessions that empower users and ensure the client realizes the maximum ROI from our solutions - Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Sales, Product, and Engineering teams to provide client feedback and influence the future of our product roadmap WHAT YOU'LL BRING: - 3+ years experience in client-facing solution consulting and/or software implementations, specifically in ERP or SaaS - Consultative Mindset: experience in roles where you don’t just take orders; you ask "why," challenge the status quo, and lead clients toward better outcomes - Technical Aptitude: experience navigating complex software ecosystems and understanding how data flows between treasury systems, banks, and ERPs - Communication Skills: experience translating "tech-speak" into "CFO-speak," making complex financial concepts accessible and compelling - Treasury Domain Expertise: Deep knowledge of cash management, payments, risk, or hedge accounting - Financial Fluency: Previous experience working with Corporate Treasury, Accounting, and/or Finance - comfortable discussing cash flow, debt, and financial risk WHO WE ARE: Do Your Best Work - The opportunity to build in a fast-paced start-up environment with experienced industry leaders - A learning environment where you can dive deep into the latest technologies and make an impact. Senior Frontend Engineer – Greenfield Product (Angular) Freelance Contract | 9–12 months Remote from Brazil About the Project Castle Tech GmbH is building a new standalone product from the ground up and is looking for an experienced Senior Frontend Engineer (Angular) to join us on a freelance basis for 9–12 months. This is a high-impact engagement where you will influence system design, architecture, and product direction from day one. You will work closely with product and engineering to turn ideas into production-ready software while setting the foundation for how the system evolves. If you enjoy building products from scratch, designing clean architectures, and taking ownership of meaningful projects, this contract will allow you to make a real impact. What You'll Work On - Build a new production-grade product from the ground up - Design and implement a scalable frontend architecture using Angular and TypeScript - Take ownership of features from concept to deployment - Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and backend engineers - Contribute to technical architecture and system design decisions - Help establish development standards, CI/CD pipelines, and engineering best practices - Mentor other engineers through code reviews and technical feedback - Continuously improve development workflows using modern tools and AI-assisted engineering AI-Augmented Engineering AI is part of how we work.
