Must Have: - Educational Background: Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Operations, Business, or related field, with equivalent experience also accepted - Experience: A combination of Continuous Improvement, Manufacturing, and Operational Excellence leadership. - Leadership Skills: Consistent track record in leading enterprise-wide transformation and productivity initiatives. - Influence and Collaboration: Experience partnering with executive leadership teams in global or matrixed organizations. Nice to have: - Advanced Degree: Master's Degree or equivalent experience in a related field. - Certification: Lean Six Sigma Black Belt or Master Black Belt strongly preferred. - Global Experience: Experience working in a global or matrixed organization. - Software Proficiency: Familiarity with CI-related software tools. Additional: - Relocation will be provided - Some minimal international travel will be required - Best of Both available - three (3) days onsite and two (2) days work from home Compensation The salary for this position has a range of $158,376.00 - $237,564.00 based on anticipated responsibilities, market benchmarks, and organizational constraints. The LEGO Group carefully considers a wide range of compensation factors, including but not limited to prior experience, skills, expertise, location, internal equity, and other considerations permitted by law.
