Regional Practice Manager
Local Infusion
• Responsible for the day-to-day operations of multiple infusion centers and ensuring high levels of patient and referring provider satisfaction. • Hire, lead, manage and hold accountable high performing clinical and intake teams within your centers. • Manage clinical and non clinical staffing to meet the business and patient needs. • Ensure core processes are followed; recommend changes when appropriate. • Manage facility issues as they arise. • Manage staffing expenses. • Address patient and referring provider concerns and feedback. • Ensure a positive and collaborate work environment.
Job Requirements
- Strong problem solving skills with and an ability to handle ambiguity.
- Experience with patient facing roles, either as a manager or individual practitioner.
- Knowledge of healthcare and insurance, strongly preferred.
- RN, LPN preferred or pharmacy intake background with management experience, strongly preferred.
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional stakeholders.
- Must be able to travel as needed within assigned territory - South NJ & PA.
- Proficiency in healthcare software systems and electronic health records.

Role Description The Senior Manager, Speciality / Ancillary Solutions is accountable for the strategy, design, execution and performance of the ancillary product portfolio, with a primary focus on dental and vision. This role owns the end-to-end lifecycle of ancillary insurance products including product strategy, regulatory execution, third party vendor implementation leadership and management post launch optimization across the individual market. You will report into the Vice President, Insurance Product Innovation and Development. Work Location: This is a remote / work-from-home role. You must reside in one of the following states: Arizona, California, Colorado, Florida, Georgia, Illinois, Massachusetts, Michigan, Nevada, New Jersey, New York, North Carolina, Ohio, Pennsylvania, Texas, or Virginia. Note, this list of states is subject to change. Pay Transparency: The base pay for this role is: $149,040 - $195,615 per year in New Jersey, New York, and California. Role Description L’Energy manager est en charge de l’ensemble des activités liées à la politique énergétique de l’établissement et en particulier de la gestion énergétique du parc existant. Il assure ses missions sur l’ensemble des implantations de l’établissement (220 000 m2 de bâtiments répartis sur 11 sites en France).
