Senior Account Executive

AccessiWay

• Condurre demo consulenziali dei prodotti AccessiWay, comprendendo a fondo le esigenze dei clienti e proponendo soluzioni su misura. • Preparare e presentare le offerte commerciali, negoziando termini e condizioni in linea con le policy aziendali. • Gestire l’intero ciclo di vendita: dalla demo alla chiusura del contratto. • Costruire relazioni solide e di fiducia con stakeholder di aziende pubbliche e private. • Collaborare strettamente con SDR, Account Manager, Marketing e altri team per massimizzare l’efficacia commerciale. • Utilizzare il CRM aziendale per una gestione strutturata e precisa della pipeline e delle attività. • Mantenerti aggiornato sui trend di mercato e normative legate all’accessibilità digitale. • Contribuire attivamente alla cultura del team Sales con spirito di iniziativa, curiosità e voglia di crescere.

Job Requirements

  • 5+ anni di esperienza in ruoli B2B SaaS Sales (es. Account Executive), o simili, con focus sulla gestione di new business (dalla presentazione della demo, presentazione e negoziazione dell'offerta, chiusura contratto)
  • Forte orientamento ai risultati, proattività e capacità di negoziazione.
  • Ottime capacità comunicative e relazionali.
  • Organizzazione e autonomia nel gestire attività in un contesto dinamico.
  • Familiarità con CRM e strumenti commerciali.
  • Ottima conoscenza dell’italiano e buona padronanza dell’inglese (almeno livello B2).
