SMB Account Executive
Keepit
• Own the full sales cycle from prospecting to close, including product demos and presentations • Actively hunt for new business in the SMB segment (up to 1,000 employees) and build a healthy pipeline of opportunities • Engage directly with decision-makers to understand their needs and position Keepit’s solution effectively • Proactively manage and prioritize your pipeline, ensuring accurate forecasting on a monthly and quarterly basis • Continuously identify new ways to reach prospects and open opportunities in the region • Contribute insights and best practices to continuously improve the sales approach across the team.
Job Requirements
- Proven track record in new business sales within the SMB segment (up to 1,000 employees)
- Experience in segments like public sector is a plus
- Solid understanding of B2B SaaS or IT solution sales, ideally within cloud, backup, or related technologies (preferred, not required)
- Confident managing the entire sales cycle independently
- Skilled at building trust-based relationships with prospective decision-makers
- Self-driven, proactive, and adaptable, with a strong hunter mentality
- Fluent in Portuguese and English; Spanish is a plus
- Based in Brasilia.

• Execute the sales strategy and meet established targets for the assigned territory by growing current customers, developing prospects and becoming a strategic partner for business growth. • Identify prospects for animal nutrition and health products, including but not limited to feed companies, premix companies, distribution or other channel partners, independent nutritionists and/or veterinarians and larger livestock producers. • Utilize value-added selling skills and marketing support plans to move prospects through the selling cycle toward successful closure. • Ability to provide, explain and lead customers and prospects to an understanding of the Balchem product value proposition. • This includes developing and participating in strategic and tactical business growth discussions with customers. • Ability to organize and present technical product information to key decision makers and larger producers. • Monitor product performance and customer satisfaction and provide feedback to Balchem as required. • Keep current with the dairy industry including but not limited to potential customers, competitive products, trends affecting sales and other business opportunities. • Develop sales forecasts to support efficient production planning and raw material purchasing. • Provide competitive intelligence. • Assist in the introduction and representation of products through trade shows, seminars, conferences and other industry opportunities. • Timely and accurate completion of administrative duties such as expense reporting, call reports, database management, etc. • Follows all safety policies and procedures including use of safety equipment (PPE) and equipment safeguards. • Perform other related functions necessary to ensure business growth.
• Define the "Why" and the "What" for our Databricks-based projects. • Partner with stakeholders to prioritize high-ROI AI features. • Translate complex stakeholder needs into actionable user stories and technical requirements. • Help technical counterparts understand complex business logic and translate it into a technical context. • Lead regular syncs between the engineering team and key stakeholders at the customer, ensuring that technical delivery stays aligned with business strategy. • Lead QA (Quality Assurance) and UAT (User Acceptance Testing) of features developed by technical team while maintaining a feedback loop to ensure stakeholder-developer alignment. • Identify additional opportunities at the customer and build a strong relationship with the key stakeholders.
