• Drafting pleadings, taking and defending depositions • Arguing motions, negotiating settlements, and trying cases • Independently manage discovery, dispositive motion practice, and depositions • Clean and persuasive writing • Consistently move cases forward without allowing files to stagnate • Credibly value cases and negotiate from evidence
Job Requirements
- Active Minnesota attorney license (required)
- 3+ years of litigation experience, ideally in employment law or a closely related practice area
- Strong legal writing and analytical skills
- Self-motivated and organized — remote work requires it
- Comfort with legal technology and cloud-based workflows
- A genuine commitment to representing employees
