• Resolve most complex DevOps tasks • Lead the team of Product Operations and DevOps engineers • Comprehensive audit of the existing service management processes and improvement planning • Establish key operational performance indicators and plan • Provide immediate respond for any alert • Liaise with SL1/SL3, 3rd parties and internal stakeholders • Provide regular reports to direct manager

• Design, build, and maintain CI/CD pipelines • Develop infrastructure as code using Terraform, CloudFormation, or Azure Resource Manager • Manage and optimize AWS and Azure environments • Implement monitoring, logging, and alerting solutions • Collaborate with development teams for DevOps best practices • Automate operational tasks and improve system resilience • Ensure security and compliance across environments • Participate in incident response and root cause analysis • Mentor junior engineers and contribute to DevOps standards

• Design and develop internal services and tools in Go; • Support deployment automation and an internal developer platform; • Design, build, and maintain scalable CI/CD pipelines using GitLab CI/CD; • Improve and support Kubernetes-based environments; • Contribute to the evolution of the internal deployment platform (Packman); • Optimize stage and ephemeral environments for performance, reliability, and cost-efficiency; • Implement and maintain infrastructure as code using Terraform and Ansible; • Improve observability through monitoring, logging, and alerting; • Collaborate with engineering teams to enhance developer experience and delivery speed.
