• Proarch is seeking a skilled Sr AI Developer with experience in building scalable, end-to-end applications and integrating AI-driven capabilities using OpenAI technologies. • The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in backend development, cloud platforms (preferably Azure), and modern search/retrieval systems, along with the ability to design and deliver intelligent applications such as chatbots and LLM-powered solutions. • You will work closely with cross-functional teams in an Agile environment to build high-performance, secure, and scalable enterprise applications.
Job Requirements
- 5+ years of professional software development experience (or equivalent).
- Strong proficiency in Python, C#/.NET with hands-on experience building scalable backend services.
- Experience developing end-to-end solutions, including integration of AI-driven capabilities using OpenAI technologies.
- LLM-powered applications (chatbots, summarization, Q&A systems, agentic workflows)
- Search and retrieval systems (BM25, vector search, hybrid search)
- Embeddings, vector databases, and semantic search pipelines
- Experience working with cloud platforms (Azure preferred), including production operations.
- Data structures, API design, system design, testing methodologies, and security best practices
- Ability to communicate effectively, document technical designs, and collaborate with cross-functional teams
