• Primary interface between IT and the business to identify requirements and translate into solutions • Support existing ERP production footprint • Design enhancements and solution new implementations where business needs necessitate them • Stakeholder collaboration and communication • Define project scope with stakeholders and act as a liaison between IT and the business • Guide and manage the performance of the managed service provider • Build strong customer relationships by aligning system solutions to meet business requirements • Develop and maintain detailed documentation, including functional specifications and process flows • Recommend, develop, and document effective value-add processes and procedures

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field with 9 years of relevant experience
  • Graduate Degree and a minimum of 7 years of relevant experience
  • In lieu of a degree, a minimum of 13 years of prior related experience
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in ERP configuration and implementation, with a focus on PeopleSoft or Oracle EBS
  • Proven track record of leading complex projects with a comprehensive knowledge of ERP processes and data structures

Job Description The Financial Analyst, reporting into the Finance Manager, Sports Studio Production & Facilities, will support the team who oversees the financial management of the NBC Sports facility in Stamford along with Olympics & Sports Engineering, Olympic & Sports Production Ops, Technical Logistics, IT, and all capital, engineering and remote operations budgets that support marquee properties including NBC Sports, NBC Olympics, Sunday Night Football, and the NBA. This role provides a unique opportunity to gain exposure to O&T leadership alongside NBC Sports partners. Position overview - Support monthly and quarterly close processes, including journal entries, account reconciliations, pacing, and variance analysis - Manage high volume of accounts payable, purchase orders, and vendor setup and maintenance - Provide financial support for sports facility operations - Support capital projects at the Stamford facility across Sports and Olympic properties, ensuring alignment with budget, timelines, and operational objectives - Prepare and post monthly and quarterly allocations, cross-charges, and intercompany transactions - Partner with Controllership team on key processes and financial initiatives - Maintain accurate and up-to-date finance process documentation - Assist in ad hoc projects, as necessary Qualifications Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting or related field - Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, including familiarity with utilizing various formulas and functions - Experience with SAP - Proven technical aptitude, including ability and desire to learn company systems and tools - Solid understanding of basic accounting principles: i.e., accruals, amortization of pre-paid expenses - Quick learner and team player - Must be highly organized and detail-oriented - Solid analytical and strategic thinking skills - Excellent written and verbal communications skills required Additional Information This position currently has a hybrid schedule, which requires contributing from the office a minimum of four days per week.
