Customer Engineer

Foresite Cybersecurity

• Lead the design, development, and implementation of Google SecOps solutions, ensuring architectures align with client objectives and risk tolerance. • Support Google Cloud Security opportunities by owning the technical aspects of solutions, delivering product briefings, proofs-of-concept (POCs), and demos. • Research and evaluate new technologies to optimize security architectures and contribute to the development of industry best practices. • Collaborate with Security, Business, and Google Cloud teams to qualify opportunities and develop strategies to resolve technical or compliance blockers. • Assist in pricing and commercial discussions, ensuring technical solutions are viable and accurately scoped. • Provide technical mentorship to clients and internal teams, sharing expertise to empower others and drive project success. • Interact with Project Managers, Customer Success, and Marketing to ensure client satisfaction and organizational alignment. • Stay ahead of security trends and act as a credible voice for Foresite's security practice in professional environments.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience) and 3+ years of experience in security consulting, solutions architecture, or systems engineering within a cloud environment.
  • Strong understanding of security principles (Firewalls, EDR, IAM) and technical expertise in SIEM/SOAR, Threat Intelligence, and Cloud Security (CSPM, CWPP).
  • Proven ability to learn new technologies quickly and communicate effectively across technical and executive audiences.
  • Expert proficiency in using AI systems to accelerate workflows and impeccable attention to detail in technical documentation.
  • Deep hands-on experience with Google SecOps (Chronicle SIEM/Siemplify SOAR), Google Threat Intelligence, or the Mandiant Advantage platform is a plus.
  • Experience with AI model security (Model Armor), Managed Browser solutions (Chrome Enterprise), or CSPM tools like Wiz is a plus.
  • Relevant certifications in Cloud or Security and experience in the retail, healthcare, energy, or chemical sectors is a plus.
  • Ability to develop detailed network architecture diagrams to illustrate complex data flows and system layouts.
