• Elicit, analyze, document, and validate functional and non-functional requirements related to Open Finance solutions • Translate business needs into clear, complete, and traceable requirements (User Stories, Use Cases, Functional Specifications) • Collaborate with Product Owners, architects, developers, QA, security, and business areas • Ensure adherence to the standards of the Brazilian Open Finance ecosystem (governance, security, consent, APIs, and data) • Support the definition and validation of consent flows and user journeys • Actively participate in agile ceremonies (refinement, planning, daily stand-ups, and reviews) • Perform impact analysis in response to regulatory changes and functional evolutions • Support functional testing, UATs, and homologations • Maintain up-to-date documentation, ensuring end-to-end traceability

Job Requirements

  • Experience as a Requirements Analyst / Business Analyst in technology projects
  • Experience with Open Finance / Open Banking, preferably in the Brazilian context
  • Knowledge of integrations via REST APIs
  • Requirements modeling (User Stories, BPMN, UML – desirable)
  • Requirements elicitation with technical and business stakeholders
  • Experience with agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban)
  • Prior experience in regulated environments (strong plus for the financial sector)
  • Strong communication and organizational skills, with an analytical profile
  • Experience in financial institutions, fintechs, or payments (advantage)
  • Knowledge of LGPD (Brazilian data protection law) and information security
  • Experience with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps
  • Working knowledge of system architecture and microservices
  • Experience with standardized and interoperable APIs

Role Description The Senior Cyber & Technology Risk Underwriter is responsible for underwriting transactional Cyber and Technology Errors & Omissions risks while driving growth and profitability within an assigned territory. This role builds and manages strong broker relationships, provides market insight in a rapidly evolving cyber risk landscape, and positions the organization as a leader in the primary cyber market. The Senior Underwriter partners closely with internal stakeholders to support product, coverage, and pricing initiatives and advance cyber capabilities.
