Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in technology, business, or related field
- 5+ years of experience with Business Analysis for software systems and applications
- proven experience interpreting customers' business needs
- Previous experience with ERP implementations, especially in a manufacturing organization
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication skills and excellent customer service orientation
- Detail orientated and well organized
- High degree of reliability and timely completion of tasks
