• Own the recruiting process for your assigned roles end to end • Work with hiring managers to understand their needs and partner with them to design efficient, effective, and equitable interview processes • Coach hiring managers and interviewers on interview and process best practices • Complete application review in our applicant tracking system (Lever) • Manage the implementation of our new ATS (Rippling) • Manage internal candidates and referrals, ensuring a consistent and equitable experience across all candidate sources • Schedule candidate interviews with hiring managers and other interviewers • Build diverse, representative slates of candidates • Work with HR team to coordinate offers
Job Requirements
- 5-7 years of recruiting experience
- Tech and/or risk industry experience strongly preferred
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and transparent
- Exemplary written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to create positive working relationships with people at all levels and backgrounds
- Proven ability to deliver excellent candidate experiences
- Knowledgeable and passionate advocate for DEI best practices in recruiting
- Self-motivated and accountable

Role Description EnProVera is seeking a part-time Recruiting Coordinator to support our talent acquisition efforts. This role will focus on reviewing resumes, scheduling candidate screenings, and proactively sourcing qualified candidates through various platforms. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and proactive. Responsibilities - Review and screen applications for compliance with federal contract requirements, including clearance level, education, certifications, and specialized experience. - Verify active security clearances (e.g., Secret, Top Secret, SCI) and eligibility requirements in accordance with contract specifications. - Source qualified candidates through various job boards and platforms. - Assist in scheduling screenings/interviews with Recruiter. - Maintain and update candidate records within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS). - Maintain confidentiality of candidate information and sensitive documentation. Qualifications - Minimum 1 year of experience in administrative support. - Strong organizational and time-management skills. - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. - Proficiency with Microsoft Office and familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS). - Ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain confidentiality. Requirements - Experience with candidate sourcing tools and platforms (LinkedIn, job boards) preferred. - Flexibility in work hours to include weekends and on an as-needed basis with advance notice.
