• Perform and verify complex boundary analyses using relevant legal principles, statutes, and case law. • Prepare high-accuracy survey deliverables, including: ALTA/NSPS surveys, Records of Survey, Boundary and topographic surveys, Short and long plats, subdivision maps, and lot line adjustments, Easement exhibits and legal descriptions. • Process and adjust GPS and conventional survey data; perform least-squares adjustments as needed. • Conduct advanced COGO calculations, coordinate geometry evaluation, and geodetic analyses. • Provide guidance and informal mentorship to Survey Technicians and early-career survey staff. • Respond to technical inquiries from clients and agencies when requested by project leadership.

• Traffic, schedule & maintain digital ad campaigns across ad tech systems • Creative QA and testing • Campaign tag management • Secure and provision audiences for campaigns • Campaign set-up, troubleshooting, reporting and billing tasks • Ad screenshots, post campaign wrap-up reports • Work closely with the digital trading team and provide superior customer service

• Team members will prepare schedules, workpapers, and other documentation in connection with the preparation of corporate returns for the firms affordable housing and other divisions while using ProFx tax software and Engagement software. • Team members will also prepare schedules to assist in preparation on nonprofit informational filing while using ProFx tax software. • Participate in a collaborative team environment to manage nonprofit information filings to ensure timely filing. • Review and prepare schedules to assist clients in the adoption of new accounting standards • Preparation of schedule to assist in preparation of cost reports

• Provide remote counseling services to children, adolescents, adults, couples, families, and groups. • Collaborate with clients to identify concerns, define counseling goals, and develop actionable treatment plans. • Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in compliance with all state, federal, and company policies (i.e., HIPAA). • Participate in ongoing professional development through workshops, meetings, and training opportunities. • Integrate Christian faith and psychological best practices in therapy as appropriate. • Refer clients to other resources or specialists as needed. • Engage in occasional community outreach or ministry initiatives relevant to Light Counseling’s mission. • Provide clinical supervision or mentorship to interns and residents (if qualified).
