• Design and deliver reusable components within the Mozilla Ads products that support multiple product teams and surface areas • Collaborate closely with Product, Ad Ops, and Data Science to enable enriched measurement, feedback reporting, and experimentation • Implement privacy-preserving features in our Mozilla Ads products, contributing to Mozilla’s vision for ethical advertising • Work with front-end teams across Mozilla to support and extend existing systems to apply innovative ways and technologies in reaching Mozilla’s advertising goals • Help translate product and engineering strategy into actionable tasks and early prototypes, providing feedback where appropriate

• Work hands-on developing web, backend and mobile features, as well as integrations; • Demonstrate critical thinking and proactivity to contribute to solution development; • Develop and maintain applications using PHP/Laravel and MySQL; • Support the evolution of current frontends toward more modern architectures using React; • Contribute to mobile initiatives using React Native; • Support the definition and adherence to technical standards for code, structure, testing, APIs and documentation; • Perform code reviews and provide technical guidance to less-experienced developers; • Support architectural decisions together with technical leadership and Product; • Identify and reduce technical debt affecting stability, productivity and scalability; • Improve performance of applications, APIs and databases; • Support integrations with internal and external systems and data platforms; • Contribute to improvements in deployment, version control, CI/CD and monitoring; • Participate in incident analysis, critical bug resolution and production issue handling; • Work closely with Product, Data, DevOps and Business teams; • Ensure technical evolution happens incrementally, sustainably and with a value-oriented approach.

• Develop and maintain full-stack applications using Java (Spring Boot) and Angular; • Contribute to the evolution of the architecture (APIs, microservices, and integrations); • Build and consume REST APIs; • Work on continuous improvement of code quality, performance, and scalability; • Collaborate with Product, QA, and Design teams; • Use AI tools to accelerate development, testing, and code analysis; • Contribute to engineering best practices (Clean Code, testing, version control); • Participate in code reviews and team technical decisions.

• Develop and maintain backend applications using .NET. • Implement business rules and integrations with management systems. • Create and evolve secure, high-performance REST APIs. • Design technical solutions aligned with business needs. • Ensure application security best practices during development. • Meet requirements defined by the Product Owner and quality criteria. • Oversee application rollout to production. • Perform code reviews and support security testing. • Contribute to secure development standards and materials.
