• Create and execute content for social media (Instagram, TikTok, and other channels) • Develop and evolve the brand's visual identity and positioning • Produce graphics, videos, and materials with high aesthetic standards and consistency • Plan and execute growth strategies and content distribution • Use Artificial Intelligence to scale creative production (copy, images, video, and automations) • Test formats, narratives, and channels with a focus on accelerated growth • Engage with influencers, partnerships, and amplification opportunities • Monitor metrics and adjust strategies based on performance

• Work hands-on developing web, backend and mobile features, as well as integrations; • Demonstrate critical thinking and proactivity to contribute to solution development; • Develop and maintain applications using PHP/Laravel and MySQL; • Support the evolution of current frontends toward more modern architectures using React; • Contribute to mobile initiatives using React Native; • Support the definition and adherence to technical standards for code, structure, testing, APIs and documentation; • Perform code reviews and provide technical guidance to less-experienced developers; • Support architectural decisions together with technical leadership and Product; • Identify and reduce technical debt affecting stability, productivity and scalability; • Improve performance of applications, APIs and databases; • Support integrations with internal and external systems and data platforms; • Contribute to improvements in deployment, version control, CI/CD and monitoring; • Participate in incident analysis, critical bug resolution and production issue handling; • Work closely with Product, Data, DevOps and Business teams; • Ensure technical evolution happens incrementally, sustainably and with a value-oriented approach.
