This role focuses on tracking, organization, reporting support, and follow-through across enterprise initiatives. This is an execution support role designed for an early-career professional looking to gain exposure to enterprise transformation activity in a large, consumer-facing organization. Key Responsibilities - Support the maintenance of initiative plans, milestones, timelines, and status updates. - Assist with tracking progress across multiple initiatives and workstreams. - Help document risks, dependencies, and follow-up items as identified by initiative owners. - Maintain shared trackers, roadmaps, and documentation used by the transformation team. - Provide general coordination support to help ensure initiatives stay organized and visible. - Assist with the preparation of leadership-facing updates and status summaries. - Compile inputs from cross-functional teams into standardized templates and decks. - Support the organization of meeting notes, action items, and follow-ups. - Partner with team members across Marketing, Operations, Finance, Technology, and People teams as needed. - Help surface when items are stalled or require additional attention. Required Qualifications Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, Communications, or a related field, or currently pursuing one. Experience: Internship, academic, or early professional experience in project coordination, operations support, PMO/consulting support, or transformation/strategy environments. Technical Skills: Proficiency with Excel and PowerPoint is required. Preferred Qualifications - Familiarity with project tracking or collaboration tools such as Smartsheet, Monday, or Airtable. - Strong interest in how large organizations manage execution and change.
