Engagement: Contractor retainer Compensation: USD $1,500 - $2,200 / month Minimum commitment: 160 hours / month Location: Remote (must have strong English + high availability overlap for live build sessions) Growth: Performance-based pay increases available via KPI program About The Position You will be helping us with our next-generation consumer experience: a FlutterFlow app powered by a schema-driven AI backend, Ai driven designs, with a highly automated process workflow.  What you’ll do You’ll be our FlutterFlow full-stack builder: beautiful UI, clean information architecture, strong integrations, and reliable shipping. - Build and maintain the FlutterFlow frontend using a schema-driven rendering approach. - Ship pixel-perfect UI/UX with polished interactions, states, animations, and responsive behavior. - Integrate the app with backend APIs (primarily the /experience/orchestrate lane and supporting endpoints), including auth, tenant awareness, and robust error handling. - Collaborate tightly with our AI Tech Lead,  Intelligence Officer and Product team to turn agentic product capabilities into shippable screens (dashboards, cards, chat attachments, actions, flows). - Use AI in your workflow every day (AI-assisted development, AI-assisted design, AI-assisted QA), and stay genuinely up-to-date with new tools.

• Design, build, test, and deploy production-grade AI solutions using Python, TypeScript/JavaScript, and cloud platforms such as Google Cloud Platform (GCP), Amazon Web Services (AWS), or Microsoft Azure. • Take complete ownership of AI use cases, from initial technical design and architecture through to deployment, monitoring, and iteration. Translate ambiguous business needs into robust and scalable technical systems. • Engineer complex integrations with a diverse ecosystem of modern APIs, including leading AI models, cloud data platforms, and enterprise SaaS applications across departments like Marketing, HR, Legal, and Finance. • Identify and abstract common patterns to build robust, reusable components and engines. Your work will establish a foundation that accelerates future development and scales our impact across the organization. • Provide critical production support by rapidly troubleshooting, debugging, and resolving integration issues and system failures to ensure high availability and performance.

Write and execute various tests for mobile, device, and cloud systems while maintaining automated test suites. Validate AI workflows and user scenarios, and track defects to ensure quality throughout the development process.
