Creator Manager

• Ongoing support to creators, answering their questions and assisting them through challenges. • Monitor all communication channels and respond to all queries in a timely manner. • Ensure quality control within the creator community and their content. • Distribute key information, updates and in-game codes in a timely manner. • Content reviews and moderation for internal programs. • Evaluate Creator Program applications daily. • Facilitate game access requests for Beta tests. • Audit and Reporting. • Generate detailed reports on creator participation within the Creator Program. • Track engagement within Beta games. • Ideate and present innovative strategies for community engagement via social media. • Publish fresh written content for the creator portal.
Job Requirements
- Proven ability to build and maintain positive relationships.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Proficiency in written and verbal communication in at least one of the following languages would be preferred (German, Turkish, Italian, or Portuguese).
- Proven ability in time and task management.
- High degree of accountability and ownership.
- Proactive mentality.
- Ability to inspire and encourage others.
- Prior experience in community management or similar roles (preferred).
- Familiarity with the mobile gaming industry and Skill or progress on personal mobile game accounts (advantageous).
