Product Manager
BoxPower
• Own and define the product roadmap for the EASI microgrid design & optimization software • Collaborate with software engineers to define and prioritize feature development, ensuring alignment with business goals • Lead user research efforts to gather insights from project developers, EPCs, and internal stakeholders to improve EASI user experience • Define clear product requirements, use cases, and technical specifications for software enhancements • Work closely with UX/UI designers to optimize workflows and improve usability • Drive go-to-market strategies for new EASI features, including customer onboarding, training, and documentation • Work closely with hardware engineers and product teams to ensure accurate technical specifications for product components are integrated into EASI • Ensure seamless data interoperability between EASI and BoxPower’s hardware solutions • Develop and maintain product documentation, technical data sheets, and data models that support hardware-software integration • Monitor and implement updates to EASI based on changes in product specifications, certifications, or availability
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Engineering, Computer Science, Physics, Business Administration, Marketing, or Design
- At least 3-7 years of product management experience, preferably in B2B SaaS, energy, or hardware-software integration
- Strong technical understanding of microgrid systems, renewable energy technologies, or power electronics
- Experience working with software development teams (familiarity with Agile methodologies, Jira, Figma, etc.)
- Proven ability to define and execute a product roadmap, balancing short-term priorities with long-term vision
- Strong data analysis skills; ability to use metrics to guide decision-making
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts into business value.
