• Develop architectural projects in AutoCAD and/or Revit, focusing on modeling and technical documentation; • Create studies and presentations using SketchUp and rendering tools (Enscape, V-Ray, video production); • Gather and organize project requirements with a structured view of priorities and task hierarchy; • Lead project development with critical judgment and an aesthetic commitment aligned with the firm's standards; • Produce presentation materials and technical detailing with a high level of clarity and precision; • Apply technical standards (general and specific), ensuring compliance and quality of deliverables; • Manage deadlines predictably, anticipating risks and handling unforeseen issues strategically; • Maintain direct relationships with clients, suppliers, and engineering teams.
Job Requirements
- Degree in Architecture (Bachelor's or equivalent)
- Previous experience with full project workflows (from concept to execution)
- Experience in environments with high aesthetic demands
- Familiarity with collaborative processes between architecture and engineering
- Experience with tools such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, and other rendering software
