Product Designer
Raspberry AI
• Design end-to-end product experiences from concept to production • Lead design for canvas-based workflows and iteration tools • Build and maintain design system components in Figma • Create high-fidelity mocks, prototypes, and demos • Partner closely with Engineering to ensure design quality in implementation • Collaborate with Product on feature definition and prioritization • Conduct user research and usability testing • Define and evolve patterns for AI-native workflows • Advocate for users through clear problem framing and design solutions
Job Requirements
- 5+ years of product design experience (SaaS, AI, creative tooling strongly preferred)
- Expert in Figma (design, prototyping, component libraries)
- Experience building and evolving design systems
- Strong interaction and visual design craft
- Experience designing complex workflows and canvas/board-style UIs
- Comfortable designing for AI-powered tools and generative workflows
- Able to create high-fidelity prototypes and interactive demos
- Experience with user research and usability testing
- Strong collaboration with Product and Engineering
- Basic understanding of frontend constraints (React/HTML/CSS a plus)
