Job Requirements
- ~8–12 years in a consulting or services-based sales environment
- Experience in a quota-carrying, business development role
- Experience selling learning, leadership development, or talent-related solutions OR experience working with clients in Life Sciences/Pharma or Energy/Utilities
- Proven ability to build pipeline and close new business
- Experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles
- Comfortable engaging senior stakeholders with a clear, business-focused point of view.

Essential Functions - Contracting providers and essential vendors in current service areas to maintain CMS adequacy and providing necessary services in the care of the Plan members. - Insuring providers and essential vendors in current service areas meet the credentialing requirements for their appropriate service lines. - Educating providers on the Health Plan(s) functions and roles in caring for its membership. - Ongoing educational updates as prescribed by CMS and the Health Plan(s) policies. - Conducting education presentations of the Health Plan(s) providers to ensure their understanding and commitment with the Health Plan(s). - Monitoring, maintaining and supporting provider relationships to ensure network coverage in all areas. - Working with and being involved in implementation as needed. - Establishing a positive work environment that encourages participation in process improvement and commitment to department/company success. - Completing corporate assignments as assigned. Qualifications - Must have knowledge and familiarity with all levels of medical services and ability to rapidly develop working relationships. - Must be able to accept instructions and work independently in the completion of goals and assignments. - Must have strong negotiation, organization, presentation and time management skills. - Must be able to effectively communicate with all levels of medical staff to explain Health Plan(s) program, benefits and goals. - Must be able to work effectively in a team environment. - Excellent computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite. - Must be self-motivated, dependable, team and goal-oriented. Requirements - Experience in the health care field required. - Prior experience in network development / network services is preferred. - Prior experience with acute and post-acute facilities is beneficial. - Prior experience with Medicare Advantage plans is helpful. • Act as the “first point of contact” for Prospective customers related to business involving Nutrients • Marshall and coordinate activity or resources from Kaneka to meet the needs of Prospective customers and facilitate use/growth of Nutrients • Establish communication connections with all levels of customer • Research market to discover new prospects – new business development • Execute and manage Nutrients legal agreements • Represent Kaneka Nutrients and affiliated companies at industry related events, or functions and trade shows, including those outside of the United States • Provide market intelligence to management and co-workers related to Prospective customers or the natural products industry in general • Participate in meetings/functions related to the Nutrients business • Report ongoing market conditions and attitudes in marketplace • Reinforce and follow-up sales and marketing efforts • Provide prompt and accurate information related to activities involving specific Prospective customers or industry-related topics • Facilitate interactions with other Kaneka business units (i.e. Kaneka Probiotics) where potential exists for business with select Prospective customers • Assist in the creation of sales and expense budgets as requested by management

• Actively target, seek out, cultivate, and establish new business for Century. • Maintain a working knowledge of non-Century customers in your region and their current providers, business models, consolidator selection criteria, opportunities for Century, etc. • Prioritize target accounts based on the best fit for Century in terms of philosophy, revenue, growth potential, IT focus and viability of Century having adequate resources to effectively handle the customer requirements. • Make clear, professional, and effective demonstrations to potential customers. • Build and promote the Century brand in the marketplace. • Maintain and service current accounts in your region, prioritizing by revenue and growth potential. • Consistently work with these customers to present new solutions, industry trends, and/or Century tools which can improve their current operations. • Liaise with each account’s Customer Success team as needed. • Monitor the progress of customer projects to ensure they are being produced and rolled out in line with agreed upon expectations.
