This highly visible role translates strategy into execution by building structured training plans, producing clear communications and job aids, facilitating live enablement sessions, and establishing a predictable operating rhythm for managers and employees. The contractor partners closely with U.S.-based People leaders and the Manila People Development team to ensure scalable delivery, audit readiness, and consistent adoption across a multi-market organization. Responsibilities - Lead day-to-day coordination of PerformYard enablement, including manager and employee training through live sessions, job aids, FAQs, and office hours. - Develop and distribute clear communications supporting performance cycles, including goal setting, check-ins, reviews, and timelines. - Triage and resolve platform issues in partnership with HRIS/People Solutions and the vendor. - Create a repeatable performance-cycle operating cadence including launch readiness checklists, automated reminders, and completion monitoring. - Develop practical templates and toolkits that improve the quality and consistency of performance conversations, not just completion rates. - Support expansion of developmental feedback practices such as 360 feedback pilots and standardize administration where appropriate. - Build and operationalize the California Manager Academy as a structured learning journey addressing high-risk manager capability needs in California. - Curate, configure, and deploy training content in Relias or approved partner platforms to support California compliance and manager readiness. - Develop and implement training domains including wage and hour fundamentals, leave and accommodation responsibilities, workplace safety and violence prevention, harassment prevention, and retaliation avoidance. - Establish completion tracking, knowledge checks, and proof-of-delivery processes to support audit readiness and risk mitigation. - Build manager-ready toolkits translating policies into practical guidance, including conducting effective check-ins, documenting feedback appropriately, setting clear goals, and understanding when to escalate to HR partners. - Develop micro-learning and short-form resources that reduce confusion and improve compliant behavior in the flow of work. - Stand up and manage a Global Cultural Training initiative to improve cross-cultural collaboration between U.S. and Manila-based teams. - Coordinate vendor or partner engagement as needed, define learning objectives, implement modules within Relias where feasible, and track adoption and impact. - Produce practical collaboration tools including communication norms, escalation expectations, and scenario-based learning resources. - Partner with the Manila People Development team to scale enablement delivery including training logistics, communications, reporting, and learner support. - Provide structured project plans, templates, and quality standards to enable consistent execution across time zones. - Establish operating rhythms including weekly prioritization, escalation pathways, and performance-cycle readiness checkpoints. Qualifications - 5+ years of experience in performance enablement, manager training, or L&D program leadership with a strong execution focus. - Demonstrated experience implementing or administering performance management platforms, with strong preference for PerformYard or similar systems. - Experience designing and delivering manager enablement programs that drive adoption and measurable behavior change. - Experience delivering training in regulated environments, particularly in California including wage and hour, leave and accommodations, harassment prevention, and workplace safety. - Experience integrating learning and performance systems such as LMS and performance platforms to reduce duplicative work for managers. - Strong facilitation, stakeholder management, and communication skills in a fast-moving, multi-market environment. - Advanced proficiency in Microsoft 365 including Teams, SharePoint/OneDrive, Excel, and PowerPoint. Requirements - Contractor Engagement: - Competitive hourly or project-based compensation commensurate with experience. - Flexible remote work environment. - Opportunity for contract extension based on business need and performance. - All Employees (if converted to employee status in the future): - 401(k). - Employee Assistance Program (EAP). - Perks @ Clarvida – national discounts on shopping, travel, Verizon, and entertainment.
