• Serve as a strategic advisor to public sector clients • Bridge the gap between complex digital asset infrastructure and mission-critical needs of law enforcement and regulatory agencies • Lead client delivery and GTM operational excellence • Collaborate with Legal, Product, Engineering, and other teams • Ensure seamless coordination with Head of Government Solutions
Job Requirements
- 10 - 15 years of experience, including at least 3 years in crypto or digital assets, and familiarity with institutional-grade custody solutions.
- Program Management experience working with a U.S. federal agency that has launched a digital asset program.
- A track record of working across government, law enforcement, and or regulatory institutions to drive implementation of digital assets strategy, policy, and or operations.
- A willingness to travel for onsite support to high-priority clients across their digital assets functional requirements.
- Experience in leading, drafting, and delivering responses to government RFP/RFI submissions.
- High-performance orientation with the ability to operate independently, navigate ambiguity, and deliver consistently.

• Research and develop high level and detailed solution designs • Monitor technical deliverables against the designs • Contribute to technical Change Requests • Maintain and monitor solutions against Non-functional requirements • Support solution option analysis and provide architectural recommendations • Capture the technology stack and map to the architecture • Closely collaborate with and guide the DevOps and application development teams
