IT & Systems Administrator, 100% Remote

• Take operational responsibility for the administration, security, access management and documentation of our internal IT systems and business-critical platforms • Ensure secure, scalable and structured management of all internal tools and services • Develop concepts and ideas to improve our internal IT landscape • Independently administer and configure 1Password • Manage and implement SSO across existing and new tools • Configure and manage Entra ID (including approval workflows and Conditional Access policies) • Manage the private GitLab instance and GitHub • Account and subscription management including security management and cost monitoring • DNS management for multiple domains and administration of Microsoft 365 subscriptions as well as SharePoint and Exchange • Responsible for internal communication of Vanta security incidents • Enforce security policies and document systems, configurations and processes • Evaluate and introduce new tools and technologies to increase efficiency and security

Job Requirements

  • Fluent German (working language: German)
  • Good written and spoken English
  • High level of initiative and the ability to independently develop and implement concepts and ideas
  • Experience with identity and access management systems (Entra ID, SSO, 1Password or similar)
  • Knowledge of Microsoft 365 administration (Exchange, SharePoint, license management)
  • Experience with version control platforms (GitLab, GitHub)
  • Basic understanding of IT security and compliance requirements
  • Structured and independent working style
