Arkestro
• Work directly with the customer, along with the project team, to implement the Arkestro system in the customer’s procurement process. • Utilize functional, technical, and product expertise to deliver best-in-class solutions for Arkestro customers • Review, analyze, and evaluate existing customers’ procurement processes and templates in order to effectively map them to the Arkestro solution • Act as lead across cross-functional teams to prepare the overall project plan and drive it through successful completion • Partner with business leads and IT team members to identify system or process improvements and enhancements. Be willing to challenge the status quo with new ideas and solutions • Act as the primary point of contact for system-based sustaining issues, product enhancements, and change requests • Provide training, mentoring, and overall knowledge transfer related to solution functionality as well as development and testing methodologies
Job Requirements
- US-based.
- Minimum of 6 years of experience as either an implementation consultant, business analyst, or project manager. This includes periods of working onsite and remotely for customers.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively engage and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
- Ability to effectively resolve/drive the resolution of most complex problems that require the creation of new and innovative approaches
- Ability to lead through influence and establish oneself as a trusted advisor with all stakeholders
- Resilient in a changing environment and able to prioritize and manage across multiple deliverables and stakeholder groups.
- Solves complex problems with meticulous attention to detail and exercises sound judgment based on analysis of multiple information sources
- Passionate about working with disruptive technology and being at the forefront of helping customers be successful
- Willing to travel 35% of the time or more
- Ideally has procurement experience with relevant processes, tools, and the broader systems landscape

Role Description IFDC is preparing to implement an IFAD and Government of South Sudan funded contract focused on strengthening climate-resilient agricultural livelihoods, food security, and market engagement across selected counties in South Sudan. To support the project's pre-inception and start-up activities, IFDC is seeking a qualified Financial Management Consultant with demonstrated experience on IFAD-funded projects. The consultant will conduct a rapid assessment of IFDC's current financial management systems to identify gaps relative to IFAD requirements and provide targeted guidance to ensure readiness for project implementation. Scope of Services The overall objective of this consultancy is to ensure that IFDC's financial management systems comply with IFAD's minimum requirements and that the project is equipped to manage funds accountably and transparently.
