• Will be responsible for applying mathematical and statistical techniques and/or innovative /quantitative analytical approaches to draw conclusions and make 'insight to action' recommendations to answer business objectives and drive change. • Collaborate with Quality Improvement teams to define metrics and develop data-driven solutions that support clinical and operational QI initiatives. • Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improving patient outcomes, reducing costs, and enhancing service delivery. • Assists with strategic intelligence development through report writing, dashboard development, and front-end scripting, using a variety of platforms including PowerBI, SQL, and Excel. • Design, develop, and maintain dashboards and reports to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to quality improvement goals. • Translate complex data into actionable insights for both technical and non-technical stakeholders through visualizations, presentations, and written reports • Utilize statistical methods and modeling techniques to support evidence-based decision-making. • Integrate different data sources, creating one unified, manipulable data source. • Work with internal departments and external partners to acquire, validate, and integrate data for analysis. • Maintains up-to-date knowledge by reading technical journals, and attending seminars, internal user groups, and workshops to learn about new developments and changing technology trends. • Stay current with healthcare regulations, quality measurement standards (e.g., HEDIS, NCQA, CMS), and industry best practices. • Collaborates with other departments in a mentoring and guidance role on the data tools available.

Role Description The Senior Quality Operations Coordinator, Analytics provides focused support within the Quality Operations Analytics team, assisting with data validation, basic reporting tasks, and continuous monitoring of data accuracy and completeness. Reporting to the Quality Operations Director, Analytics, this role helps strengthen day‑to‑day workflows related to record review, reporting, and process improvement tracking within PACE operations, and contributes to maintaining high data integrity standards. On the day-to-day, you will: - Perform routine data validation reviews to confirm completeness and accuracy, as well as document findings and escalate potential issues to Quality Operations leadership. - Maintain dashboards and reporting tools within Smartsheet or similar platforms under team guidance. - Support process improvement tracking including documentation of ongoing initiatives, outcome reporting, and feedback on Quality leadership. - Participate in project specific audits or data reviews to ensure reporting accuracy aligns with established SOPs as needed. - Identify and suggest workflow efficiencies and automation opportunities to streamline audit, reporting, and data validation tasks. - Exhibit strong independence and ownership of technical responsibilities with minimal supervisory oversight. Qualifications - Working knowledge of Smartsheet (formulas, data entry, basic dashboards, linking). - Proficiency in Excel (data filtering, basic formulas, charts, and formatting). - Exposure to or interest in learning Power Automate or other automation tools to support workflow efficiency. - Ability to assist in creating PowerPoint visuals with charts and basic data stories that support team or leadership reporting. - Strong attention to detail in data validation, documentation accuracy, and version control. - Effective communication skills that allow clear collaboration with peers and supervisors. - Ability to develop and maintain workflow documentation with guidance.
