Role Description The Project Manager is responsible for overseeing the execution of client projects, ensuring alignment across internal teams and external stakeholders. This role serves as the central point of coordination for project deliverables, driving efficiency, maintaining organization, and ensuring high-quality outcomes. The Project Manager acts as both a client-facing partner and an internal leader, balancing communication, execution, and continuous improvement in a fast-paced environment. Essential Duties & Key Responsibilities - Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, maintaining timely, professional, and clear communication. - Manage project timelines, deliverables, and workflows to ensure accurate and on-time execution. - Coordinate cross-functional efforts and communicate priorities to keep projects aligned and progressing efficiently. - Anticipate client needs and proactively address questions, risks, or challenges before escalation. - Produce high-quality, client-ready work and maintain strong attention to detail across all deliverables. - Analyze and interpret large data sets to support reporting, decision-making, and client communication. - Maintain accurate documentation and reporting across internal systems and platforms. - Identify operational issues and implement effective, practical solutions. - Delegate tasks appropriately while maintaining accountability for overall project success. - Support and guide team members by providing clear expectations, direction, and feedback. - Foster strong working relationships across teams and promote a collaborative, respectful environment. - Ensure confidentiality and secure handling of sensitive client and case information. - Continuously evaluate processes and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree required. - 5+ years of experience in mass tort settlements or a related field. - Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel. - Experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) preferred. - Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment. - Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills. - Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with a team.
