• Build new service offerings using Connection’s Offering Development Framework (and other industry-accepted methods) • Run market and customer research to validate demand, define differentiation, and shape positioning • Partner across the business (Sales, Marketing, Delivery Services, and partners) to design, build, and launch offerings • Define success metrics and continuously measure and improve offering performance • Enable Sales and Marketing with competitive positioning, go-to-market collateral, and technical sales enablement • Work with Delivery Services to operationalize people, process, and tooling so the offering is deliverable at scale • Collaborate with OEMs and service partners throughout design, build, and launch

Job Requirements

  • 5+ years in the services channel in product/offerings management, sales/presales, delivery, and/or adjacent roles
  • 5+ years of hands-on technology experience in presales or delivery (MSP, OEM, or similar channel background preferred)
  • Proven ability to learn customer needs quickly and translate them into new, scalable service offerings
  • Excellent written and verbal communication—able to make complex technical concepts clear and actionable
  • Ability to travel as needed
