Role Description Help balance increased marketing complexity and diminishing marketing resources. Drive marketing performance with deep functional and technical expertise, while accelerating time-to-market and operating efficiencies at scale through Data and Technology, Next Generation Content Services, Digital Marketing Services & Customer Engagement and Media Growth Services. In a Marketing Operations job profile, responsibilities include managing and optimizing marketing processes and systems. This involves tasks such as: - Campaign execution - Data analysis - Budget management The goal is to improve marketing efficiency and effectiveness. The role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and knowledge of marketing technologies. It is essential for ensuring that marketing strategies are implemented smoothly and deliver measurable results. Implement client account plans through relationship development and opportunity pursuits that build deeper client relationships. This includes monitoring existing services to identify opportunities that provide additional and innovative value to the client. Qualifications - BBA - 3 to 5 years of experience in FMCG industry - Specific experience in Trade Marketing Operation and Planning process and trade system - Strong collaborator with cross-functional working experience - Proactive in seeking new ways/improvements in planning process/system - Fluency in English Requirements - Experience in Trade CRM & planning tools (Salesforce, Anaplan, etc). Anaplan certification is preferred. - Experience in handling Trade marketing data - Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint - Experience in data analysis, interpretation, and summary presentations - Advanced Excel skills with the ability to interpret, enhance and optimize reporting conducted via multiple Excel spreadsheets Roles and Responsibilities - Have a good understanding of End Market business priorities, trade agenda, and trade operating model for specific EM assigned while working from GBS Hub (Remote). - Execute trade activities through aligned trade plan and B2B platform functionalities (like Anaplan as Trade Planning tool and Salesforce/RCS8 etc Trade systems). - Manage trade coverage planning and cycle activity planning (Customer incentive, Field Force incentive, new brand launch activities, POSM planning, pricing changes, etc). - Ensure timely and accurate input of campaign activities aligned with trade objectives. - Create and manage trade activities within the system. - Maintain and update key data sets. - Coordinate system maintenance and upgrades, including Change Requests (CR) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT). - Liaise with IDT and vendors to resolve system issues and ensure platform stability. - Provide system training and support to internal users to ensure effective platform usage. - Document and communicate system processes and updates. - Work closely with Trade, IDT, and external vendors to ensure seamless platform operations. - Support cross-functional teams with system-related queries and enhancements. - Analyze and solve lower-complexity problems. - Interact with peers within Accenture before updating supervisors. - May have limited exposure with clients and/or Accenture management. - Receive moderate level instruction on daily work tasks and detailed instructions on new assignments. - Make decisions that impact own work and may impact the work of others. - Act as an individual contributor as part of a team, with a focused scope of work. - This role may require working in rotational shifts.
