Job Summary: We are looking for a motivated individual to support the RethinkCare Sales team by maximizing qualified leads through proactive and effective communication. Producing a high volume of outbound communication to potential customers through phone calls and emails will be essential to your success in this role. The ideal candidate is a self-motivated individual who has a passion for the behavioral health sector. Responsibilities: - Manage outbound lead flow - Generate new sales opportunities by scheduling appointments through outbound calling - Collaborate with the sales team to hand off qualified leads, providing detailed information to ensure effective follow-up and conversion - Document and update customer records to maintain accurate interaction history - Meet and exceed daily outbound call quotas - Track and manage prospects through Salesforce - Stay current with industry trends Skills and Requirements: - Bachelor's Degree in any related field - Sales experience is a plus - Excellent verbal and written communication skills - Results-oriented mindset with a track record of exceeding goals - Ability to deal with and thrive on objections and rejection on a daily basis - Effective listening and interpersonal skills - Exceptional relationship-building skills - Ability to work productively in a remote environment - Detail oriented and proficient organizational, time-management skills - Basic understanding of technologies such as Microsoft office and business practices Benefits: - Generous health, dental, & vision benefits package - Flexible paid time off - 11 paid company holidays - 401k + matching - Parental leave - Access to our award-winning RethinkCare platform supporting neurodiversity in the workplace through parental success, professional resilience, and personal wellbeing.
