• Lead strategic market expansion and new revenue growth • Build and manage high-value relationships with medical device OEMs • Partner cross-functionally with Engineering, PM, Sales & Marketing • Shape long-term commercial strategy alongside the CCO and leadership team

• Support development of product roadmap assigned offerings • Align product features with business goals, customer experience, and compliance standards • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform product positioning • Analyze industry trends, competitive landscape, customer behavior, and market opportunities • Assist marketing with development of product go-to-market strategy • Develop strategies and tactics to define the offering, and to further optimize and create value in the category • Utilize data analytics tools and platforms to extract insights and inform decision-making • Create detailed reports and presentations for management, highlighting key findings and recommendations • Monitor and evaluate adoption rates, Net Promoter Score (NPS), Key Performance Indicators (KPI)’s, and operational efficiency post-launch etc. • Provide suggestions to adjust strategies as needed to optimize results • Communicate product plans, updates, and progress as appropriate, including executives, customers, and partners • Facilitate feedback loops with brokers, clients, and internal users to refine product features • Liaison cross-functionally (legal/regulatory, underwriting, claims, marketing, group services, commercial growth) to operationalize the new product • Collaborate with peers to create internal training and serve as in-house subject matter expert on assigned product • Respond to post launch feedback and implement adjustments

• Own and manage the end-to-end execution of the data strategy • Integrate multiple workstreams into a cohesive program • Partner with leads to ensure team roadmaps align with enterprise data strategy • Proactively identify delivery risks, architectural conflicts, and resourcing constraints • Establish and maintain effective program governance
