Role Description - Prepare and maintain financial models, budgets, rolling forecasts, and variance analysis to support business planning and decision-making. - Analyze financial statements, business performance, and cost structures to identify risks, trends, and optimization opportunities. - Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for leadership, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and timely delivery. - Support the financial close process by coordinating with accounting and other internal stakeholders. - Perform treasury-related activities, including cash flow monitoring, bank reconciliations, and financial control follow-up. - Monitor key financial indicators and provide actionable insights to improve operational and financial performance. - Support the preparation of consolidated reporting packages and management reports across business units or entities. - Collaborate with accounting, operations, and leadership teams to improve resource allocation, cost control, and financial visibility. - Assist in the evaluation of investment initiatives, business cases, and scenario analysis. - Help ensure compliance with internal financial controls, accounting standards, and applicable financial regulations. - Support audit, tax, and statutory reporting processes by preparing documentation and analysis as required. - Contribute to the continuous improvement of financial processes, reporting templates, and data accuracy. Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field. - 2+ years of experience in financial analysis, FP&A, controlling, or similar finance roles. - Strong knowledge of financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, treasury, and management control. - Solid understanding of financial statements and financial reporting principles. - Working knowledge of IFRS and/or US GAAP. - Strong experience building and maintaining financial models in Excel. - Proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets (must-have); experience with Power BI and financial/ERP systems is highly desirable. - Ability to work with large datasets and translate findings into practical business recommendations. - Experience preparing management reports and performance analysis for leadership teams. - Familiarity with cost analysis, variance analysis, and KPI monitoring. - Exposure to audit support, tax processes, or multi-entity reporting is a plus. - Experience in IT services, software, or multinational business environments is a plus. - Professional certifications such as FPAC, CPA, CFA, or similar are a plus. - Advanced English (minimum C1 level required). The Appeals and Grievances Team Leader is a critical team player who works in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment with a passionate team and must deliver daily.
