• Diseñar e implementar workflows de automatización con las herramientas que mejor resuelvan el problema integrados con nuestros sistemas core. • Construir agentes y flujos con APIs de LLMs para tareas como clasificación de tickets, análisis de datos, generación de reportes y asistentes internos. • Diagnosticar procesos manuales existentes, mapear sus puntos de fricción y proponer soluciones técnicas priorizadas por impacto. • Documentar cada automatización (lógica, triggers, fallbacks, ownership) para que el equipo pueda entender y mantener lo que construyas. • Colaborar directamente con diferentes equipos, entender sus necesidades y traducirlas en soluciones funcionales.
Job Requirements
- +3 años de experiencia construyendo automatizaciones en entornos reales de negocio.
- Dominio práctico de plataformas de automatización y/o orquestación de workflows.
- Experiencia integrando APIs de modelos de lenguaje (Claude, OpenAI, Gemini) en flujos productivos.
- Experiencia con SQL
- Capacidad de trabajar con APIs REST: autenticación, paginación, manejo de errores, rate limits.
- Proactividad y capacidad para resolver problemas de manera colaborativa en un entorno ágil.
