Role Description Wir bei Brixon arbeiten jeden Tag mit AI – nicht als Experiment, sondern weil es funktioniert. Unsere Agenten laufen, unsere Websites entstehen mit Claude Code, und was wir intern gebaut haben, bringen wir zu unseren Kunden. Jetzt suchen wir jemanden, der genau das mit uns weiterentwickelt. - Du designst und baust AI-Prozesse: - Wie automatisiert man Kundenrecherche? - Wie läuft ein Content-Workflow ohne manuelle Eingriffe? Du denkst das durch, setzt es um und sorgst dafür, dass es stabil läuft – mit Fehlerbehandlung, Logging und Qualitätschecks. - Du baust Websites und Landing Pages für B2B-Kunden mit Claude Code auf Next.js und Payload CMS, Deployment auf Vercel. - Du musst nicht jede Zeile selbst schreiben, aber du verstehst den Code und sorgst dafür, dass das Ergebnis konvertiert. - Du automatisierst: - n8n-Workflows - CRM-Integrationen - Lead-Scoring - API-Anbindungen Ein Lead kommt rein, wird qualifiziert, landet im CRM, triggert eine E-Mail – ohne dass jemand eingreifen muss. - Du bringst dieselben Systeme auf Kundenprojekte – aus Tech, Professional Services und Industrie. Qualifications - Du nutzt AI-Tools wie Claude Code oder ChatGPT täglich – nicht zum Ausprobieren, sondern weil du damit schneller und besser arbeitest. - Du weißt, was MCP Server und Skills sind und kennst den Unterschied zwischen CLI und API. - Wenn dir einzelne Begriffe noch nichts sagen, ist das okay – solange du die Neugier hast, es in einer Woche zu lernen. - Du denkst in Systemen: nicht "Wie löse ich dieses Problem?", sondern "Wie baue ich etwas, das diese Art von Problem immer löst?". - Du hast Erfahrung mit Automatisierungstools wie n8n oder Make und findest dich in technischen Zusammenhängen zurecht (APIs, Webhooks, Datenflüsse). - Programmieren ist ein Plus, keine Voraussetzung. - Du sprichst fließend Deutsch und Englisch. - Studium, Ausbildung, Bootcamp, Autodidakt – egal.
