Technical Service Desk Analyst

• Resolve technical software and hardware problems by utilizing logical problem-solving skills and referencing documented processes and procedures. • Assist multiple clients across different ticketing systems. • Quickly and efficiently identify the customer’s specific information. • Effectively escalate unresolved tickets to the appropriate team to ensure that the customer issue gets resolved. • Provide End-User Electronic Health Record (EHR) usability assistance to clinicians. • Create an exceptional customer service experience by bringing your polished communications, patience, and empathy for the customer calling. • Work independently and effectively while maintaining good team interactions. • Partner with team members to ensure that the phones are covered during breaks, lunch, etc. • Must have flexibility in scheduling to meet the needs of the business.

Job Requirements

  • High School diploma or G.E.D. equivalent/and or experience.
  • Previous experience in a Customer Service Environment
  • Working knowledge of PC operations and ability to navigate between different desktop applications
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Able to multi-task using multiple systems simultaneously
  • Ability to excel at problem solving – if you like logic puzzles, this is the job for you!
  • Will need to receive feedback and apply it in real-time
  • Ability to adapt to an ever-changing environment
  • CompTIA A+ Certification a plus
  • Knowledge of medical-based terms and phrases
  • Electronic Health Record – EHR experience – working within the EHR a plus

Valuations - Analyst / Associate Hybrid Valuations Full time New York, New York, United States OverviewApplication Description Arena Investors, LP is a global investment management firm that seeks to generate attractive risk adjusted, consistent and uncorrelated returns by employing a fundamentals based, asset-oriented financing and investing strategy across the entire credit spectrum in areas where conventional sources of capital are scarce. Arena specializes in off-the-run, stressed, distressed, illiquid and esoteric special situation transactions through originations and acquisitions of asset-oriented investments across a wide array of asset types (including but not limited to private direct corporate credit, commercial real estate bridge lending, and commercial and consumer assets). Quaestor Advisors (“Quaestor”), is an affiliated Special Servicer, which provides mid and back-office services, including asset management, to Arena Investors and external clients. Quaestor is looking to expand the Valuations team, through the addition of a Valuations Analyst / Associate. In this role, the successful candidate will work under the SVP of Valuations.
