Acquisition Management Support SME

JST

Role Description JST is currently seeking an Acquisition Management Support SME to join our team. The SME will assist program offices in preparing pre-solicitation documentation in close collaboration with the responsible Contracting Officer. This is a full-time remote position. This position is contingent upon contract award. Acquisition Management Support SME Responsibilities - Drafting, reviewing, and finalizing acquisition documents such as: - Acquisition Plans (AP) - Market Research Reports - Statements of Work (SOW), Statements of Objectives (SOO), and Performance Work Statements (PWS) - Quality Assurance Surveillance Plans (QASP) - Evaluation Criteria - Justifications & Approvals (J&As) - Limited Source Justifications - Other documentation required for inclusion in a completed Purchase Request (PR) package submitted to FRTIB/AMD for processing - Conduct both formal and informal knowledge-sharing sessions and training for program offices on acquisition processes. - Provide recommendations and support the implementation of improvements/efficiencies within FRTIB acquisition and contracting processes. - Support continued improvement of the FRTIB acquisition resources including the Contracting Resource Library (CRL). Qualifications - 10+ years of proven acquisition experience with a focus on procurement processes, contract management & acquisition regulations. - Bachelor's degree in business, contract management or a related field. - DAWIA, CPCM or equivalent highly desired. - Excellent analytical thinking, communication and negotiation skills to provide guidance & bridge gaps between technical and business teams.
