• Conduct and/or lead a variety of GxP qualification and routine vendor audits, as requested by senior management, including but not limited to on-site, virtual and remote audits of service providers used in clinical trials with or without technology components • Perform directed vendor audits • May perform clinical investigator site • Provide GxP consultation and support to internal and external clients • Serve as a knowledgeable resource to operational departments on audit or quality assurance subject matter • Prepare and present audit findings and/or other related information at departmental, internal operations or client meetings

• Ensures continuous quality improvement through effective management and oversight of Audits and Inspections • Leads, educates, mentors, and develops the team within the function to ensure their competence and confidence • Ensures that reporting, review and analysis of Findings from Audits and Inspection and CAPAs are performed efficiently and in compliance • Manages and maintains the electronic quality management system (EG-QMS) Audits module -CAPA Management • Performs periodic trending of Findings across the company, providing insights into the potential causes of trends to operational and quality management • Fosters a culture of quality within the organisation as led by members of the Quality Leadership Team • Participates in audits and inspections • Acts as a Subject Matter Expert and client point-of-contact for Quality • Collaborates and guides operational personnel to ensure effective root cause analysis and writing/delivery of appropriate CAPA Plans • Generates metrics on CAPA compliance • Assists in the development, maintenance and management of mechanisms that assure ongoing monitoring and compliance with all applicable laws and regulations

• Ensures continuous quality improvement through effective management and oversight of Audits and Inspections • Facilitates ongoing quality improvement measures through communication of audit & Inspection intelligence and compliance guidance/training • Leads, educates, mentors, and develops the team within the function to ensure competence and confidence in developing to become subject matter experts • Ensures that reporting, review and analysis of Findings from Audits and Inspection and CAPAs are performed efficiently and in compliance with global regulations, legislation and PrimeVigilance requirements • Manages a team that manages audit and inspection findings and observations and their associated corrective and preventative action plans (CAPAs) • Manages and maintains the electronic quality management system (EG-QMS) Audits module -CAPA Management • Performs periodic trending of Findings across the company, providing insights into the potential causes of trends • Fosters a culture of quality within the organization as led by members of the Quality Leadership Team • Participates in audits and inspections, follow-up of findings and completion of client questionnaires and RFP/RFI • Acts as a Subject Matter Expert and client point-of-contact for Quality • Collaborates with operational personnel to ensure effective root cause analysis and writing/delivery of appropriate CAPA Plans • Develops and delivers training on related topics

• Implementing and maintaining the test strategy and test plans • Manually testing the product to ensure seamless e2e experiences • Responsible for the overall quality of the product • Collaborating closely with the Tech Lead to streamline workflows • Organizing releases and giving the green light for each release • Collaborating with Engineers to clarify product functionalities • Partnering with the Product Manager to determine quality assurance priorities • Testing AI driven applications and gaining hands-on experience with AI systems
