Overview General purpose: Responsibilities Please note - the person who fills this role will work a hybrid schedule from our Rochester NY office. This is not a remote position. - Oversees risk assessment activities, including data collection, analysis, report compilation and publication. Evaluates financial and process information provided by team to ensure the process should continue. Responsible for risk assessment forums including P4, Macro Risk Assessment, Micro Risk Assessment, and Risk Rewinds, to analyze, identify, describe, and estimate key business threats. Leads Risk Assessment strategic planning to create vision and goals for mitigating enterprise-wide risk. - Leads a team of risk management professionals as they identify, assess, and mitigate enterprise-wide risks as well as design, deploy, test and monitor governance frameworks to ensure enterprise risks are mitigated. - Oversees logistical preparations and arrangements through the Risk Assessment team to carry out review initiatives by ensuring all materials and parties are present and prepared. Develops detailed review plans and recruits and establishes review teams consisting of cross-departmental personnel to participate in the enterprise-wide independent risk assessments to determine risk and inefficiencies comprising business architecture. Facilitates pre-review meetings to clearly outline expectations and orient guest reviewers with the appropriate review model. - Oversees review teams, providing continual coaching and feedback, ensuring the review delivers the expected results. Coordinates the consolidation of the review team’s research and streamlines the arrangement of key data within final reports to ensure accuracy of all published content. Presents recommendations and risk mitigation tactics to reduce or eliminate the risk or inefficiency. Follows up and partners with various business areas on the status of proposed recommendations. - Oversees the recurring ERM reporting summary. Oversees the preparation of department reporting and facilitates review meetings with Senior Management. Reports on the top Paychex enterprise risks, prepares heat maps and mitigation strategies, and monitors industry trends and macroeconomic factors to identify potential emerging risks to Paychex. - Develops Enterprise Risk Management/GRC Framework to apply an automated strategic approach to monitoring risk and opportunity across the enterprise. Maintains a comprehensive knowledge of the ERM methodologies and GRC tools. Advocates for Paychex as a thought leader in the ERM, GRC and Internal Control space through internal presentations and industry conferences, to advance our competitive positioning within the industry. Drives the program to influence Paychex customers’ actions toward ERM related topics through product offerings and literature. - Advances and educates others on enterprise risk management discipline internally and externally to generate awareness and perpetuate a culture focused on risk identification and mitigation aligning with the ERM Methodology. Represents Paychex Risk Management through public speaking engagements and training and guides risk management advancement in conjunction with industry experts. - Recruits, selects, hires, trains, and evaluates performance of personnel to ensure all departmental needs are handled appropriately. Counsels and develops staff for personal and corporate advancement through career development, training programs, and other resources as required for professional advancement. Qualifications - Bachelor's Degree - Preferred - 4 years of experience in leadership. - 10+ years of experience in related field. - CIA - CRMA - Preferred - CRMP - Preferred Compensation In the spirit of pay transparency, we are excited to share that the starting base pay range for this position is $120,000 - $150,000 annually. Please keep in mind that this range is the base pay only and does not consider other components that make up the total rewards package for the position. The Role: As an Associate, Credit Risk Operations, you will be conducting credit risk reviews of Airwallex's clients within a team environment, with a focus on the ongoing monitoring of clientele and written-off portfolio management. Role Description The Head of Operational Excellence is responsible for managing and improving the effectiveness and consistency of GWS Tool Group's manufacturing and logistics processes, plant layout on CAD, incorporating and adapting technology, and identifying and implementing synergies to ensure process standardization and efficiencies across our operations. They will support manufacturing new products as well as existing allocations between facilities and external parties. In addition, this role will create and manage the capital investment strategy and execution. The position reports directly to the EVP of Operations. Duties/Responsibilities - Responsible for the development and oversight of a Lean Manufacturing System in all production sites, using Six Sigma for improving plant improvements. - Develop plant layouts for better throughput and OEE increase. - Identify, define, and implement synergies in manufacturing processes, automation, technology, and logistics across multiple sites. - Oversee cross-leveling and capacity balancing and address bottleneck issues throughout manufacturing processes. - Manage multi-site projects and product allocations. - Analyze and resolve production issues and assist managers in solving problems. - Develop operational plans and strategies that align with company goals and objectives. - Prepare and present reports on performance to executive management. - Ensure that business is conducted in accordance with the Sandvik Code of Conduct. - Continually improve safety record by addressing both physical safety issues and employee safety attitudes. - Other duties as assigned.
